美公布2000億美元對華商品征稅清單 涉及自行車共24個(gè)稅目，其中6個(gè)整車和18個(gè)零部件
各相關(guān)出口企業(yè)：
7月10日，美國貿(mào)易代表辦公室發(fā)布擬對2000億美元的中國商品征收10%關(guān)稅的建議商品清單，并將舉行聽證會(huì)，征求公眾意見。征稅產(chǎn)品清單包括6031個(gè)稅目，其中涉及我們行業(yè)從87120025“普通自行車”至87120050“其他自行車”，共6個(gè)稅目項(xiàng)下的自行車整車產(chǎn)品，以及從87149120“自行車架”至87149690“自行車曲柄”，共18個(gè)稅目項(xiàng)下的零部件產(chǎn)品。
公告稱，擬征稅清單將征求公眾意見，經(jīng)公開通知、公眾評論、公開聽證會(huì)后由美國貿(mào)易代表辦公室發(fā)布最終征稅產(chǎn)品清單，具體時(shí)間安排如下：
2018年7月27日為申請參加公開聽證會(huì)截止日期。在遞交申請時(shí)，申請人應(yīng)當(dāng)同時(shí)提交聽證會(huì)證詞概要。公開聽證會(huì)參加申請應(yīng)在regulations.gov網(wǎng)站的USTR-2018-0026案號下提交。
2018年8月17日為書面評論意見提交截止日期。書面評論意見應(yīng)在regulations.gov網(wǎng)站的USTR-2018-0026案號下提交。
2018年8月20日至23日為公開聽證會(huì)日期。
2018年8月30日為聽證會(huì)后反駁評論意見提交截止日期。
建議相關(guān)出口企業(yè)保持關(guān)注中美經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的最新變化，密切關(guān)注美市場變化，降低經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。建議企業(yè)可根據(jù)美方發(fā)布的程序及要求提交反對征稅意見，或發(fā)動(dòng)美國的客戶向美國貿(mào)易代表辦公室提交相關(guān)評論意見。
